The incidence of hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia is the largest percentage for last 10 years. development an integrated extreme weather early warning system one initial processes a series disaster mitigation efforts. Data models, observation and remote sensing become database weather, officers who carry out detection hazards so that they have sufficient waiting time to prepare effective emergency response plan. In this study, was built by implementing Y-Model WebGIS Development Methodology (YWDM) which combination geographic information systems web-based application context. Spatial data processing carried using python programming language, including radar satellite data, surface observation, lightning detection, storm identification, nowcasting models. Web GIS visualization JavaScript php management managed PostgreSQL. results implementation are form SPACE (Spatial Based Extreme Weather Warning System) framework Sidarma-Nowcast within framework. shows increase level improvement process producing disseminating information.
